Dheena is the Principal Consultant and Managing Director of LEAD-HI MULTIPROJECTS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED.

S Dheenadhayalan is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Business Administration.  He has worked in M/s Sundram Fasteners Ltd, a very successful TVS organization, for 15 years in the field of HR. For the past 12 years he has been in the field of supplying solutions, monitoring and implementing them in various types of industries. Mr.Dheenadhayalan provides visionary leadership that provides guidance for the successful organization. Many organizations have benefited from his business process solutions.

B. Nagabushanam, the first M.Sc. from IIT Chennai has 30 years of corporate experience, having Top Management positions as well as position on the board as MD and Chairman of various Organizations in Textile Industry. He has held assignments abroad and has involved himself with various Indian Organizations on Management Systems, turnarounds of companies and Entrepreneurial ventures. He has been on various special assignments with banks as well as governments for Restructuring weak companies. He is a senior consultant and an associate with Hi Path. He is a HPT specialist on Information Linkages, Performance Measurements and Designing Economic Linkages to performance. He is our associate consultant from Hi Path.

S.Inbasekaran, brings with him 18 years of organization experience from large corporate Companies. He carries with him a rich blend of extensive experience in organization systems design and performance technology. He has pioneered Human Performance Technology [HPT] as an intervention model in India providing interventions to MNC's and Indian corporate. He was also invited to USA to provide HPT based interventions for leading Organizations in Wisconsin. His varied experience in Human Resource management, Business system Re-Engineering, Organisation development, Psychometric, Human Process etc. makes him a highly competent consultant in the field of HPT. He is also an expert trainer having headed the Corporate Training Center of a leading Organisation in India.

A.V.Ravichandran, brings with him 35 years of organization Experience and 7 years in the consultancy field. He did A.M.I.E and certificate course in Statistical Quality Control at Indian Statistical Institute. He was Chief Executive of an Industry belonging to TVS group. He is a Lead assessor of Quality Management System and Environmental Management System. His varied experience in system implementation has helped the organization for their growth. His exposure includes system implementation in Quality Management System-ISO9000, Environmental Management System-ISO14000, Technical specification - TS16949 for Auto Mobile Industries, Occupational Hazard and Safety Management System-OHSAS, Social Accountability - SA8000, Information Security Management System- ISO17799/ISO27001, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points- HACCP, Food safety Management System-ISO22000 and in software industry. He is a Senior Consultant
R.Rajaram is our Executive Director of LEAD-HI. He has been a Senior Executive of Sundram Fasteners for 22 years, manning Human-Relations, Training & Development, Total Productive Maintenance is another laurel in his crown.

M.K.Vinod Kumar is the Quality consultant. He is post graduate in Engineering . He has engaged in assisting organizations to develop Quality Systems in line with ISO 9000 Standard. Completed 4 assignments of conversion from1994 to 2000 Standards including IIT, Madras, Carborundam Universal, Palghat. He is a senior Consultant

G.Sam Suresh is a Chartered Accountant by profession and he is having 17 years of practical experience in large Public Ltd. Listed companies in the field of Sugar, Bank, Steel, Chemicals, Textiles, Edible oil and Automobile trading. He is having wide exposure in the functional areas of Finance, Accounts and Audit

S.Sethuraman is a practicing Advocate in High Court, Chennai. He has got 25 years experience in Writ Jurisdiction and issues relating to Customs, Excise and International Laws
